Accounts

Sign-in uses a one-time code (email or SMS) or a Google account. Each account belongs to one person.
Sharing an account or files is not allowed and can lead to access being blocked without a refund.

Payment

Inside Iran you pay by card transfer directly to the instructor’s account; outside Iran you pay in USDT.
The maximum per order is 15,000,000 IRT. Installments are not offered.
For card transfers, send exactly the amount shown (its last three digits identify your order). The course opens as soon as you submit the receipt and becomes permanent once the transfer is confirmed. If the receipt is invalid, access is closed.
For USDT, the live rate is shown at checkout and the transaction is verified on the blockchain. Sending on the wrong network or a lower amount is the payer’s responsibility.
Unpaid orders expire after 60 minutes.

Money-back guarantee

Under Article 37 of Iran’s E-Commerce Law, you may cancel within 7 working days of purchase (Saturday–Wednesday, excluding public holidays) without giving a reason and get the full amount back with no deduction.
Under clauses (a) and (e) of Article 1 of the executive regulation for Article 38 of the same law (Cabinet, 2004), there is no withdrawal right for a service that has started with the buyer’s consent, or for video/software whose packaging has been opened. A refund is therefore not possible if:
1) You consented to downloading the course files or downloaded any file (where downloads are enabled). Downloading counts as opening the packaging and is only possible after reading the rules and ticking the consent box.
2) More than 20% of the paid lessons were watched online. The free opening lessons do not count — watch them as much as you like before buying.
3) You took the final exam of the course.
Request it from Dashboard → Orders → Request a refund. The site checks the conditions automatically and the money is returned within 3 working days: card payments to a card or IBAN in the buyer’s own name, USDT to the wallet it was paid from.
For packages, the conditions are checked across all courses of the package, and a package can only be refunded as a whole.
After a refund, access to the course (or every course of the package) and any certificate issued for it are revoked. Repeated buy-and-refund may lead to further orders from that account being declined.

Content, viewing and downloads

The first lessons of each course are free; after purchase, every lesson can be watched online on the site (phone and computer) forever.
By default, videos can only be watched online and cannot be downloaded. Where downloads are enabled for a course, they are possible only after the money-back period ends and after the buyer reads the download rules and ticks the consent box; the time and IP address of that consent are recorded.
If early download is allowed, the buyer can download before the period ends only by explicitly giving up the money-back guarantee.
Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times. Videos are watermarked with the buyer’s details during playback and download.
All videos and files are protected by Iran’s Law for the Protection of Authors, Composers and Artists (1969) and the Computer Crimes Law. Screen recording, republishing, selling, sharing or posting the content on other channels, groups or sites without written permission is prohibited; the buyer watermark identifies the source, and besides closing access without a refund, it leads to legal action.
Courses marked “recording” are completed gradually and new lessons are added for buyers at no extra cost.

Text of the related legal articles

Article 37, E-Commerce Law (2004): “In any distance transaction the consumer must have at least seven (7) working days to withdraw from their acceptance (right of withdrawal) without penalty or giving a reason. The only cost imposed on the consumer is the cost of returning the goods.”
Article 38(a): the withdrawal period starts “for the sale of services, from the day of the contract.”
Article 38(c): “As soon as the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the supplier must return the exact amount received as soon as possible, without claiming any fee.”
Article 38(d): “The consumer’s right of withdrawal does not apply where special conditions govern the type of goods and services; these cases are set by the regulation in Article 79.”
Executive regulation of Articles 38 and 42 (Cabinet, 1 Dec 2004), Article 1: the consumer has no right of withdrawal in the following cases “unless the parties agree otherwise”:
(a) “Services, if their provision has started with the consumer’s agreement before the end of seven working days.” — On this site, watching more than 20% of the paid lessons or taking the exam counts as the service having started with the buyer’s consent; up to 20% is waived by agreement in the buyer’s favour.
(e) “Packaged audio/video tapes and computer software that have been opened by the consumer.” — On this site, consenting to download or downloading files counts as opening the package.

Exams and certificates

Certificates are electronic and issued only after passing the final exam (70% to pass).
Each course allows 3 attempts, 24 hours apart, followed by a 30-day wait.
Certificates are issued in English, with a Persian copy available. Each has a verification ID and QR code.
Academy certificates are not university degrees or a replacement for international certifications. Cheating voids the certificate.

Support and privacy

Support is provided through tickets in your dashboard and our Telegram and Bale bots. The AI assistant may give the first answer to technical questions; you can always ask for the instructor’s answer.
Your data is used only to provide the service and is never sold. Certificate verification shows only the name, course, score and date.
