Frequently asked questions
Do I need prior knowledge?+
No. The path starts from zero; basic computer skills are enough.
Network+ or CCNA first?+
Network+ gives a vendor-neutral overview; CCNA gets you working with Cisco gear faster. The course covers the fundamentals either way.
Can I practise without real equipment?+
Yes. Simulators such as Packet Tracer and GNS3 cover almost every scenario, and the course uses them.
